Error 0141 Hard Drive


I ran the diagnostics and the Dell error number is 0141 no hard drive detected along with some built in bleeping error codes. I put my hdd in my second computer and received message that there was no boot device...so it would not boot on the second one. I have been reading this forum this morning. I've read resetting the BIOS is a possible solution, but I'm not sure what the next step is at this point.Any help would be greatly appreciated.* UPDATE: I just ran a navigate to this website
