and is there a way to use my wireless usb network adapter (Linksys WUSB11)? As you not mentioning how your OSX media was made - is it original Apple and in good condition or a dupe then this can have an effect on these errors good luck with your installs! Wow, I'm surprised at myself; I DO have a card reader.

I kept using "Mac OS X" and that was messing it up. I have no idea why this hasn't been done yet. I'm tired of the same questions and answers over and over again. It got 47% through the installation and then stopped installing. Any advice will be appreciated.

The few threads I've dug up online have pointed to card readers, but I don't have a card reader. I am able to boot from the install disc into my installed leopard, but I am not able to boot straight from the hard disk.

Thanks for all your great work guys. It is a zip file which downloads okay and even appears to extract ... Finally BIOS settings and the order of boot up effect this - such as delay for startup - some hardware needs this Sata Cable order can effect this - some builds have a peek here Back to top #1569 evolt Posted 15 January 2008 - 08:06 PM evolt InsanelyMac Protégé Members 45 posts Well, I don't have any ATI experience myself, so I can't help you,

I have tried it with a snow leopard ISO and same issue. Are there any other (better) solutions out there? I have a few nagging issues that I can't seem to fix, and I figure it's best to start with the first ones that pop up, and maybe when they get choose customize, then choose both vanilla kernel options, and then at the bottom you choose either efi_guid or efi_mbr depending on what kind of partition you created with the disk utility

I suppose it was causing problems because it was detected along with the rest of the USB hub in the monitor. Seems weird that you'd still get an ATI error without installing the driver. this really needs to get put in the original post or something. The spaces in volume name issues has been mentioned several times throughout this thread.Still, I do agree that this, and luego de 2 horas de instalacion, al reiniciar me aparece el error: EBIOS READ ERROR : ERROR 0X01 maaaaaaaldicionn !!

If EFi was not there, your system would not even boot... Go to the bios and Disable Card Reader and other pheripherical without any system. Can anyone point me to a good/fast torrent or a location I can ftp it from (fast)? Alguien me puede decir donde bajar el Torrent para descargar Leopard, respecto a los requerimientos de mi PC.
